le'amo Yisrael bik'dushato.

When the Ark moved forward, Moshe said, “Arise, HASHEM (ADONAI)! May your

enemies be scattered! Let those who hate you flee before you!” (Num 10:35)

From Zion will come the Torah and the Word of HASHEM (ADONAI) from

Jerusalem. Blessed be He that gave the Torah to His nation Israel in His holiness.
