Yehoshua is the true bread Chayim from
Shamayim
6:1
After these things Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) went over the Yam Galil, that
is of the
sea
of Tiberias.
6:2
And a great multitude was following Him, because they were seeing His signs which He was doing upon those who were sick.
6:3
And Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) went up into a mountain, and there He sat with His Talmidim.
6:4
And the Pesach, a Feast of the Yehudim, was at
hand.
6:5
When Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) then lifted up His eyes, and seeing
that a great
multitude was coming toward Him,
He said to Philippos:
Where
shall we buy bread, that these people
may eat?"
6:6
But this He said to test him, for He Himself knew what He was about to do.
6:7
Philippos answered him:
"Two hundred denarii worth of bread is not enough for them, that each of them might receive a little."
6:8
One of His Talmidim, Andreas, Shimon Kefa's brother, said
to Him,
6:9
There is a little boy here who has five
barley loaves and two small fish,
but what are they for so many?"
6:10
And Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) said,
"Make the
people to recline." Now there was much grass in that place. Therefore the
men reclined, in number about five thousand.
6:11
And Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) took the loaves; and having made the Bracha, he
distributed to the talmidim who bimesibba (reclining), ; likewise of the dagim
(fishes) as much as they
needed.
6:12
When they were filled, he said to His Talmidim, Gather
up the fragments that remain, that nothing be lost.
6:13
Therefore they gathered [them] together, and filled twelve
baskets with the fragments of the five barley loaves, which
remained over and above to them that had eaten.
6:14
Then those men, when they had seen the miracle that Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) did, said:
This is of a truth that Navi that should come
into Olam Hazeh.
6:15
Therefore Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע), knowing that they were about to come and seize Him, that they might make Him
king, withdrew to the mountain by Himself.
6:16
Now when evening came, His Talmidim went down to the sea,
6:17
And entered into a ship, and went over the sea toward
K'far-Nachum. And it was now dark, and Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) was not come to them.
6:18
And the sea arose by reason of a great wind that blew.
6:19
Therefore
having rowed about three or four miles, they saw Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) walking
on the sea and drawing near to the boat; and they were frightened.
6:20
But Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) said to them:
It is I
AM; do not be afraid.
6:21
Then they were willing to receive Him into the boat, and immediately the boat
arrived at the land to which they were going.
6:22
On the next day, when the multitude which had remained on the other side of the
sea, having seen that there was no other boat there, except that one in which
His Talmidim had entered, and that Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) had not entered into the boat with His Talmidim, but His Talmidim had gone
away alone;
6:23
However, other boats came from Tiberias, near the place where they ate bread
after the Master had made bracha.
6:24
When the people therefore saw that Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) was not there,
neither His Talmidim, they also took shipping, and came to
K'far-Nachum, seeking for Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע).
6:25
And having found Him on the other side of the sea, they said to Him, "Rabbi,
when did You come here?"
6:26
Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) answered them and said:
Amen, amen, I say to
you:
You seek Me, not because you saw the miracles, but because
you did eat of the loaves, and were filled.
6:27
Work not for the food which perishes, but for the food which abides unto everlasting
life, which BEN haADAM will give to you; for upon Him Elohim (אֱלֹהִים) haAVI has
set His seal."
6:28
Then said they to him, What shall we do, that we might
work the works of Elohim (אֱלֹהִים)?
6:29
Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) answered and said to them:
"This is
the work of Elohim (אֱלֹהִים), that you believe in Him whom He sent."
6:30
Therefore they said to Him, "What sign will You do then, so that we may
see it and believe You? What work do You perform?
6:31
Avoteinu did eat manna in the desert;
as it is written:
'He gave them
bread from heaven to eat.' "
6:32
Then Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) said to them:
Amen, amen, I say to you:
Mosheh gave you not that bread from heaven; but My AVI gives
you the true bread from heaven.
6:33
For the bread of Elohim (אֱלֹהִים) is He who
comes down from heaven and gives life to the world."
6:34
Then they said to Him, "Master, give us this bread always."
6:35
And Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) said to them,
"I
AM the bread of life: He that
comes to Me shall never hunger; and he that believes on Me
shall never thirst.
6:36
But I told you that you have both seen Me and you do not believe.
6:37
All that haAVI gives Me shall come to me; and him
that comes to Me I will in no wise cast out.
6:38
For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but
the will of him that sent Me.
6:39
And this is haAVI's will which has sent Me, that of
all which he has given Me I should lose nothing, but should
raise it up again at the last day.
6:40
And this is the will of him that sent Me, that every one
which sees the Son, and believes on him, may have everlasting
life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
6:41
The Yehudim then murmured at him, because he said, I am the
bread which came down from heaven.
6:42
And
they were saying, "Is not this Yehoshua (יהושע)
Ben Yosef, whose father and mother we know? How then does this Man
say, 'I have come down from heaven'?"
6:43
Yehoshua
(יהושע) therefore answered and said to them, Murmur not
among yourselves.
6:44
No
one can come to Me unless haAVI who sent Me should draw him; and I will raise
him up at the last day.
6:45
It is written in Ha Neviim:
6:46
Not that any man has seen haAVI, save he which is of Elohim (אֱלֹהִים), he has seen haAVI.
6:47
Amen, amen, I say to you:
He that believes on Me
has everlasting life.
6:48
I am that bread of life.
6:49
Your Avot did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead.
6:50
This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that a man
may eat thereof, and not die.
6:51
Ani
Hu haLechem haChai which came down from heaven: if any
man eat of this bread, he shall live forever: and the bread
that I will give is My flesh, which I will give for the life of the Olam.
6:52
Therefore the Yehudim were contending with one another, saying, "How
can this Man give us His flesh to eat?"
6:53
Then Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) said to them:
Amen, amen, I say to you:
Except you eat the flesh of BEN
haADAM, and drink His blood,
you have no life in you.
6:54
Whoso eats My flesh, and drinks My blood, has eternal
life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
6:55
For My flesh is meat indeed, and My blood is drink indeed.
6:56
He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood
abides in Me, and I in him.
6:57
Just as haAVI haChai sent Me,
and I live because of haAVI, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me.
6:58
This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your
avot did eat manna, and are dead: he that eats of this
bread shall live for ever.
6:59
These things said he in the shul, as he taught in
K'far-Nachum.
6:60
Many therefore of His Talmidim, when they had heard
[this], said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it?
6:61
When Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) knew in himself that His Talmidim murmured at
it, he said to them, Does this offend you?
6:62
[What] and if you shall see BEN ha ADAM ascend up where
he was before?
6:63
It is the Ruach who gives life; the flesh profits
nothing: The words that I speak to you, are spirit and are life.
6:64
But there are some of you that believe not. For Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) knew
from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who
should betray Him.
6:65
And Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) said:
Therefore said I to you, that no man can
come to Me, except it were given to him of My AVI.
6:66
From that [time] many of His Talmidim went back, and
walked no more with him.
6:67
Then said Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) to the twelve:
Will you also go away?
6:68
Then Shimon Kefa answered him"
"Master to
whom shall we go? You have the words of Eternal Life!
6:69
Also we believe and are sure that You are YAH the Set Apart One the Mashiach
(the
Anointed One), BEN haChayim Elohim (אֱלֹהִים).
6:70
Yeshua (יֵשׁוּע) answered them:
Have not I chosen you twelve, and one
of you is a devil?
6:71
He spoke of Yehudah Ben Shimon from Kerioth: for he it
was that should betray Him, being one of the twelve.
Denarius
The word denarius is derived from the Latin dēnī "containing ten", as its value was 10 asses
(although in the middle of the 2nd century BC it was recalibrated so
that it was now worth sixteen asses or four sestertii; it may also be

It is borrowed from the Arabic dīnār, which in turn was borrowed from Greek δηνάριον, itself from Latin dēnārius
