Mabbul (the flood)

Hebrews 11:7 By faith Noakh, being warned of Elohim of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

7:1(ii) (Loukas 17:26, 27) Enter of the Ark

Ve yomer YHWH (יהוה) le Noach (נח):

"Come into the ark (tevah התבה), you and all your household, because I have seen that you are tzaddik (righteous) before Me in this generation."

7:2 You shall take with you seven each of every clean animal, a male and his female; two each of animals that are unclean, a male and his female;

7:3 Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male (zakar) and the female (nekebah); to keep zera alive upon the face of all the earth.

7:4 For yet shivat hayamim, and I will cause it to geshem (rain גּשׁ) upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off panim the earth.

7:5 And Noach did according to all that YHWH (יְהוָֹה) tzavah (commanded) him.

7:6 And Noach [was] six hundred years old when the mabbul (flood) of mayim was upon the earth.

7:7 And Noach went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him, into the tevah (התבה), because of the mayim of the mabbul (flood).

7:8 מן־הבהמה הטהורה ומן־הבהמה אשׁר איננה טהרה ומן־העוף וכל אשׁר־רמשׂ על־האדמה׃
Min-habehemah hatehorah umin-habehemah asher einena tehorah umin-haof vekhol asher-romes al-haadamah:

Of clean animals, of animals that are unclean, of birds, and of everything that creeps on the earth,

7:9  שְנַיִם שְנַיִם בָּאוּ אֶל-נֹחַ אֶל-הַתֵּבָה זָכָר וּנְקֵבָהכַּאֲשֶר צִוָּה אֱלֹהִים אֶת-נֹחַ׃

Shenayim shenayim ba'u el-Noach el-hatevah zachar unekevah ka'asher tzivah Elohim et-Noach.

there went in two and two unto Noach into the ark, male and female, as Elohim commanded Noach

7th of Mar cheshvan ---> 40 days ----> 150 days

7:10* And it came to pass after shivat hayamim, that the mayim of the mabbul  came upon the earth.

7:11  בִּשְנַת שֵש-מֵאוֹת שָנָה לְחַיֵּי-נֹחַ בַּחֹדֶש הַשֵּנִיבְּשִבְעָה-עָשָׂר יוֹם לַחֹדֶש בַּיּוֹם הַזֶּה נִבְקְעוּכׇּל-מַעְיְנוֹת תְּהוֹם רַבָּה וַאֲרֻבֹּת הַשָּמַיִם נִפְתָּחוּ׃

Bishnat shesh-meot shanah lekhayei-Noach bachodesh hasheni beshivah-asar yom lachodesh bayom hazeh nivkeu kol-mayenot tehom rabah vaarubot hashamayim niftachu:

In the six hundredth year of Noach's life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep burst forth, and the windows of the heavens were opened.

7:12* And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.

7:13  בְּעֶצֶם הַיּוֹם הַזֶּה בָּא נֹחַ וְשֵם-וְחָם וָיֶפֶת בְּנֵי-נֹחַוְאֵשֶת נֹחַ וּשְלֹשֶת נְשֵי-בָנָיו אִתָּם אֶל-הַתֵּבָה׃

Be'etzem hayom hazeh ba Noach veShem-veCham vaYefet benei-Noach ve'eshet Noach usheloshet neshei-vanav itam el-hatevah.

In the selfsame day entered Noach, and Shem (שׁם), and Ham (חם), and Yefet (יפת), sons of Noach, and Noach's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark.

7:14 They, and every behemah after le (its) mina (kind), and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort.

7:15 And they went in to Noach into the tevah (ark בּבה), two and two of all flesh, wherein [is] ha ruach chayim (breath of life).

7:16 And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as Elohim (אלהים) had tzavah (commanded) him: and YHWH (יהוה) shut him in.

7:17(iii) Mankind Swamped

And the mabbul (flood) was arbaim(40) yom upon the earth; and the mayim increased, and bare up ha tevah (ark בּבה), and it was lift up above the earth.

7:18 And the waters prevailed, and were increased greatly upon the earth; and the tevah (ark בּבה) went upon the face of the mayim.

7:19 And the water prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that [were] under the whole shamayim, were covered.

7:20 Fifteen cubits upward did the mayim prevail; and the mountains were covered.

7:21 And all flesh died that moved upon the earth, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of behemah, and of every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth, and every man:

7:22 All in whose nostrils [was] ha ruach chayim (breath of life), of all that [was] in the dry [land], died.

7:23 And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the shamayim; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noach only remained [alive], and they that [were] with him in the tevah (ark בּבה).

7:24 And the waters swelled upon the earth for One hundred and fifty days. (abt 7mths)
