Amalek (Hebrew: עֲמָלֵק, Modern Amalek Tiberian Ămālēq) is a figure in the Hebrew Bible.

Listing of Amalek/Amalekite references in Hebrew Scripture

In Arabic, the corresponding term for the Biblical Amalek is Imlīq, whose descendants Al-′Amālīq were early residents of the ḥaram at Mecca, later supplanted by the Banu Jurhum, and formed one of the first tribes of ancient Arabia to speak Arabic.[8]

In Arabic, Imlik (Arabic: عملاق,ʿimlāq‎) is the singular of giant, and the plural is (عمالقة, ʿamāliqah) or (عماليق, ʿamālīq), suggesting the sons of this tribe were known for being unusually tall.

About the sons of Se'ir The Se'irites were an ancient, populous nation, were original inhabitants of the land Se'ir. Benai Esav supplanted them because Hashem gave Se'ir to them. The Torah did not record how it happened because it was a "hidden miracle" Deut 2:5 Ramban to Deut 2:10

The restoration scripture footnotes explains that the Edom's genealogy is included in a book about Yisrael in order to document that Arabs are not considered native Yisraelites. They are not the chosen seed, they do not proceed from Avraham, Yitzak and Ya'akov. Also take note that the individuals from these Edomite tribes can and do become Yisrael as repentant individuals, when they place faith in Yeshua ha Mashiach. We can see there are still a remnant of Esav descendent who seek after Elohim eg Kenaz decendent Kaleb

Hivite - first occurs in Beresheet 10:17 Hivite = "villagers from the root word Chavvah - village, town, tent village. They are the "6th generation of descendants of Kenaan, the son of Ham, who were living in northern Kenaan near Mount Hermon at the time of the conquest in Beresheet 34:2 Shekhem Ben Chamor ha Chivviy. In this Chapter  36 Esav marries Anah Bat Ziveon ha Chivviy (Hivite) they were the nation among which Israel instructed to utterly destroy them.
