No matter how low one has sunk, a firm resolve to heed Elohim's Dvar will cause Him to loosen the fetters of sin and send Redemption

A Shir for a Feast of Trumpets

To chief natsach upon Gittith, a mimor of Asaph.

81:1 Lamnatzeakh al-hagitit leAsaf:

Harninu lElohim uzenu hari ulElohei Yaakov:

Sing aloud to Elohim our strength: Make a joyful noise to Elohei Yaakov.

81:2 Raise a song, sound the Tambourine, the sweet Kinor (10 string harp) with the navel (22 string harp).

81:3

Tikua vachodesh shofar bakeseh leYom Chagenu:

Blow the ram's horn at the time of the New Moon, At the full moon, on our festival day.

81:4 Ki chok leYisrael hu mishpat lElohei Yaakov:

For this is a statute for Yisrael, a Judgment of Elohei Yaakov.

81:5 He made it a decree in Yosef when he went out over the land of Mitzrayim. I hear a language I had not known:

81:6"I relieved your shoulder of the burden; your hands were freed from the basket.

81:7 In distress you called, and I delivered you; I answered you in the secret place of thunder; I tested you at the waters of Meribah. Selah.

81:8 Shema, O My people, and I will admonish you! O Yisrael, if you will listen to Me;

81:9 "Let there be no strange god among you; Nor shall you worship any foreign god.

81:10 Ani YEHOVAH (יהוה) Eloheicha, who brought you out of the land of Mitzrayim: Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.

81:11 But My people did not listen to My Voice, and Yisrael would not submit to Me.

81:12 So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts, to follow their own counsels.

81:13"Oh, that My people would listen to Me, That Yisrael would walk in My ways!

81:14 I should soon have subdued their enemies, and turned my hand against their adversaries.

81:15 Those who hate YEHOVAH (יהוה) would pretend obedience to Him, And their time of punishment would be forever.

81:16 He would have fed them also with the finest of wheat; And with honey from the rock I would have satisfied you."
